NIGEL'S WORDS

I have always been inspired by my Grand-mother and Mother when it comes to cooking. The way they could liven any dish with a distinctive flavour and the abundant use of imagination.

Both of these special women made their own sauces that had you coming back for more and this is what drives me in ensuring that my HOT SCOTCH pepper sauce does the same.

I initially started making my sauce just for my work colleagues and I was encouraged to pursue it further. The love for the pepper sauce grew from department to department and then spread to my friends outside of work.

To paraphrase something Steve Harvey said on social media..."to be successful in your journey, you have to JUMP in!"

.....So here I go adding that great combination of Heat and Flavour to your favourite dish!

  1. I don't like spicy food but my boyfriend just had some of Nigel's lime pickle and original hot sauce on a goat samosa while at Stevenage old town farmer's market. He claims it is the best hot sauce he can remember eating and it is all he has talked about since. Hot, sweet and spicy in equal measure apparently!!
